It is a design office operating in the Polish market since 2009, providing design services in the field of railway construction and transport technology, mainly participating in large “Design and Build” projects in collaboration with the largest general contractors in the Polish construction market. As a design unit within a large capital group, it also supports the group with its personnel’s experience in securing international contracts in markets such as Lithuania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and Denmark.

The office is currently involved in one of Poland’s largest railway projects, the reconstruction of the Średnicowa Line in Warsaw, covering the section from Warszawa Wschodnia to Warszawa Zachodnia. It is also the General Designer for the ongoing reconstruction of the Warszawa Zachodnia station. The office also develops feasibility studies, program-spatial concepts, pre-design inventories, construction designs, detailed designs, as-built designs, tender documentation, and cost estimates. It offers extensive experience in optimizing construction works, which allows for minimizing investment costs.
